By accessing or using Runway you confirm that you are at least 14 years old (or have the consent of your parent or guardian) and that you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the service.
Runway is a discovery tool that collects and shows product information (names, descriptions, photos and prices) from independent boutiques and makes that information easier to find. Runway does not sell, offer, distribute, deliver or bill any product. Runway is not a seller and is not part of any sale. When you follow a product or store link, you leave Runway and visit the boutique's own website, where any purchase takes place directly between you and that boutique.
Product information is collected automatically from the boutiques' own websites and may be incomplete, outdated or inaccurate. Prices, stock, availability, descriptions and offers can change at any time and may no longer be valid by the time you view them. Runway has no control over the boutiques, their websites, their products or their sales. All purchases, payments, delivery, returns, warranties, refunds and after-sales service are exclusively between you and the boutique. Runway is not liable for any issue arising from a purchase or from the accuracy, completeness or availability of product data.
Links to boutique websites lead to third-party sites over which Runway has no control. Runway is not responsible for the content, availability, privacy practices or security of third-party websites. Your use of those sites is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
Spotlight is a social feature that lets users share photos and posts and interact with each other (like, comment, follow). Content posted in Spotlight is created and uploaded by users and is their sole responsibility. Runway does not publish, endorse, verify or moderate user content, and assumes no responsibility for it. You are solely responsible for the content you post and for ensuring that it does not violate the law or the rights of third parties, including copyright, intellectual property, image, privacy and defamation rights. Runway acts only as a technical host of user content and is not its publisher or author. If you believe any content is illegal, please report it as described in section 8.
You agree not to use Runway to: - post illegal, defamatory, harassing or infringing content; - upload content you do not have the right to share; - impersonate other people or organisations; - send unsolicited bulk messages (spam); - attempt to damage, overload or disrupt the service; - scrape or systematically collect data from Runway; - use the service to commit any offence or violate any law.
If you believe that any content on Runway is illegal, including product listings, store information or Spotlight content, you may send a notice to info@runwayboutique.es with: - the exact URL(s) or location of the content; - an explanation of why you consider it illegal; - your name and email address; - a statement confirming that the information provided is accurate and made in good faith. Runway will review notices and, where the illegality is clear, will act expeditiously to remove or disable access to the content. When we act on a notice, we will inform the affected user of our decision. Users who repeatedly post manifestly illegal content may be suspended.
If you own a boutique and do not want your store or products shown on Runway, you may request removal at any time by contacting us at info@runwayboutique.es. We process opt-out requests as soon as possible and, in any case, within a maximum of 72 hours.
Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.
The Runway application, its brand and its original content belong to the operator. You may not use the Runway brand or content without permission. You keep ownership of the content you post. By posting content, you grant Runway a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, display and make your content available solely so that the service can function.
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Availability, features and data are not guaranteed and may change or be interrupted at any time, including due to maintenance, errors or the operator's own limitations. Runway may be modified, restricted or discontinued at any time without notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages, or for any loss of data, profits, revenue or business, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, Runway; the accuracy of product data; third-party websites; or any purchase or interaction with a boutique. In any event, the operator's total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to use Runway in the 12 months preceding the claim. Because Runway is free, that amount is zero.
You agree to indemnify and hold the operator harmless from and against any claims, damages, losses or expenses arising from your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these terms, of any law, or of the rights of any third party.
These terms may be updated from time to time. The current version is always available on this page. If you continue to use the service after changes are published, you accept the updated terms.
If any provision of these terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. The failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that provision.
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the courts of the operator's place of residence. Mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence always prevail.
